Illustrate: Lobby

    RENDERING
       ORIGINAL

This client was looking for a cost-effective update to the harsh black stone floor and out-dated wall mural. I helped to develop a color scheme and materials list that would meet the strict budget and time constraints. I created this rendering using Photoshop with specific materials as a reference. The black stone floor will be removed and replaced with a tone on tone limestone cut to the existing grout lines. Monochromatic tones of white back-painted glass would replace the wall treatment behind the reception and the same tone of wall panel fabric would wrap the lobby panel system. The final rendering (at top) shows a lobby that appears much larger and more sophisticated.
